Finding the right subcontractors for the job can be difficult and costly. Reliable trade companies are out there but most of the time vetting them properly requires time and effort. Due to this fact many general contractors will hire based on referrals from other builders or friends who can vouch for their quality and workmanship. Let us be that friend!
Our team goes through a process to ensure we match you up with trades that fit your requirements. Our member list for job referrals is very exclusive and don’t include all companies on our directory. Some of the things we require from our subcontractors are:
We understand that many builders already have the companies in mind which they usually use and we completely understand and respect that. Our service is still available if any of your guys are too busy, aren’t providing top quality workmanship or you simply don’t like their price.
We don’t charge builders to gather the estimates so feel free to request prices for a few jobs or even your entire project from start to finish. The benefit to us comes from our exclusive list of members. Although members of the referral service pay, we keep the membership very limited in order to ensure only the best companies are referred. If companies don’t pass our vetting process, then no amount of money will get them on our exclusive list.
Our team will remain in touch with you to receive feedback on your satisfaction with working with that company. Any project agreements will remain strictly between the builder and the subcontractor however as soon a complaint comes in we will make sure to address it right away. Subcontractors who do not provide a good experience may be removed from our referred members list.
We only send your quote request to 1 company per trade! We don’t like the idea of pitting our members against each other to win bids so we spend the time to find the best company to fit your needs. If that company isn’t right for you, you can let us know and we will then send a second estimate. We also facilitate the connection between builder and subcontractor in the initial stage to exchange details and information until the company is required to contact you directly.
